2024 ROAD PAVING PROGRAM UPDATE

Road paving work is scheduled to be completed during the summer and fall months as part of the Village’s 2024 Annual Road Improvement Program.  Works may include milling of pavement, repairs to road base, placement of asphalt, and installation of new shoulder material.  Please note that this work may not be completed on consecutive days.  The following roads are planned to be completed within the approximate timelines:

Weeks of June 3 – June 22, 2024:

• Mariner Circle – CTH P (N Sawyer Rd) to Hartwell Place
• Hartwell Place – Mariner Circle to CTH P (N Sawyer Rd)
• S Waterville Road – USH 18 south to Village limit
• Oak Openings – CTH P (N Sawyer Rd to terminus)

 Weeks of July 8 – July 28, 2024:

• N Lake Drive – CTH DR (Delafield Road) to terminus
• N Peninsula Road – CTH DR (Delafield Road) to terminus
• N North Drive – CTH DR (Delafield Road) to N Peninsula Road
• Sugar Island Road – CTH P (N Sawyer Road) to terminus
• Elm Street – CTH P (N Sawyer Road) to termini

Week of September 3 – October 18, 2024 (includes paving and drainage improvements):

• N Venice Beach Road – CTH DR (Delafield Road) to CTH DR (Delafield Road)

Note that adverse weather, unexpected site conditions, and other factors may alter the work schedule.  We will provide periodic updates as changes to the work schedule occurs.   Access to driveways will be maintained throughout the project, and we kindly request that residents comply with any posted parking restrictions.
