Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review for the Village of Summit, Waukesha County shall hold its first meeting on the 24th day of May, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Summit Village Hall, 37100 Delafield Road, Summit, Wisconsin.
Pursuant to s. 70.45 of Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2021 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 27th day of April, 2021 at Summit Village Hall, 37100 Delafield Road, Summit, Wisconsin during regular business hours; 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Instructional material about the assessment, board of review procedures and how to file an objection under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats. will be available.
Anyone wishing to discuss their assessed value may appear before the assessor during the Open Book meeting on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Open Book will be via phone or email ONLY due to COVID-19 virus restrictions known at present.
