PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT

SUMMIT UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2

WAUKEHSA COUNTY, WISCONSIN

The Summit Utility District No. 2 has completed an advertisement for bids with the intent to award a contract to one contractor for Lift Station No. 6 Automatic Transfer Switch Replacement services with an estimated total cost of $7,950. This notice is given pursuant to Section 62.15(1) Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that if the estimated cost of any public construction exceeds $5,000 but is not greater than $25,000, a Class I notice of the proposed construction shall be published before the contract for the construction is executed. The contract will not be executed until one week following publication of this notice.
