In compliance with the State of Wisconsin Open Meetings Law requirements, this serves as public notice that members of the Village Plan Commission, Village Board, Utility District Board, Cemetery Board, Police Commission, Board of Review and Zoning Board of Appeals may attend the Village of Summit Open House for a presentation on a proposal to vacate a portion of Venice Beach Road by Jeff Stoll, representative of 2008 N. Venice Beach Road, LLC & 34311 Venice Beach Road, LLC, property owners located at 2008 N. Venice Beach Road (SUMT0669031001) and 34311 Venice Beach Road (SUMT0669056), respectively. No action will be taken by any governmental body of the municipality.
